Welcome Spirit Home™ is a grounded and spiritually rooted childbirth education experience designed for those preparing to welcome new life with intention, ancestral connection, embodied awareness, and practical preparation.
Together we will explore:
• Birth as portal and rite of passage • The spiritual dimension of pregnancy and labor • Womb connection and nervous system preparation • Stages of labor • Breath, water, sound, touch, and embodied labor support • Birth advocacy and navigating medical systems • The role of the birth partner • Ancestral reflection, ritual, and grounding practices
This gathering is for:
• expecting parents • women preparing for conception• doulas and birthworkers• anyone seeking a deeper relationship with birth and lineage
Participants will receive:
• 3-hr guided session (in-person is held in Brooklyn or virtual) • guided practices• digital workbook• optional community forum
