OHM stands for Other Healing Modalities, a devotion to the many practices, pathways, and traditions that support our healing, our becoming, and our return to self.
We are more than physical beings. We are emotional, spiritual, energetic, relational, and ancestral beings, too. Because of this, our healing is often layered. It asks for more than one doorway. More than one practice. More than one language. At different points in our lives, we may need different forms of care: a ritual, a conversation, a body-based practice, a ceremony, a moment of stillness, a community to witness us, or a sacred pause that allows us to hear ourselves again.
Inviting Other Healing Modalities makes room for that complexity. There are many paths home; many doorways we return through.
